    This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the\u00a0<\/span>Fellini\u00a0<\/span>online store\u00a0<\/span>located at fellini.ua can receive about the User while using the\u00a0<\/span>online store\u00a0<\/span>site\u00a0<\/span>, programs and products of the Internet the store.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. DEFINITION OF TERMS<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1\u00a0<\/span>The\u00a0<\/span>following terms are used\u00a0in\u00a0<\/span>this Privacy Policy:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1.3.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cProcessing personal data\u201d – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1.4.\u00a0\u201cConfidentiality of personal data\u201d is a requirement for the Administrator or another person who has gained access to personal data to comply with the requirement not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1.5.\u00a0\u201c\u00a0<\/span>Fellini\u00a0<\/span>Online Store\u00a0<\/span>Website User\u201d\u00a0means a person who has access to the Website through the Internet and uses the Online Store Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.1.6.\u00a0\u201c\u00a0<\/span>Cookies\u00a0<\/span>\u201d – a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client\u00a0<\/span>or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY<\/span><\/p>\n

      3.3.1.\u00a0Disabling\u00a0<\/span>cookies\u00a0<\/span>may result in the inability to access parts of the website of the\u00a0<\/span>online store\u00a0<\/span>that require authorization.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3.3.2.\u00a0The online store collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors.\u00a0This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3.4.\u00a0Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-distribution, with the exception of cases provided for in\u00a0<\/span>paragraphs\u00a0<\/span>.\u00a05.2.\u00a0and 5.3.\u00a0of this privacy policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. OBJECTIVES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL USER INFORMATION<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.1.\u00a0The administration of the website of the\u00a0<\/span>online store\u00a0<\/span>can use the\u00a0personal data of the User\u00a0<\/span>in order to:<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.1.4.\u00a0Determining the location of the User to ensure security, prevent fraud.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.1.5.\u00a0Confirmations of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.1.6.\u00a0Creating an account for making purchases, if the User has agreed to create an account.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.1.7.\u00a0Notifications of the User of the Website of the\u00a0<\/span>online store\u00a0<\/span>about the status of the Order.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.1.8.\u00a0Processing and receiving payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits by the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5. WAYS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.1.\u00a0The processing of the User\u2019s personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.2.\u00a0You agree that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, such as courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purposes of the order of the User,\u00a0<\/span>issued on the website\u00a0<\/span>of online store\u00a0<\/span>\u00ab\u00a0<\/span>Fellini\u00a0<\/span>\u00bb, including the delivery of goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.3.\u00a0The User\u2019s personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies of state power of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.4.\u00a0In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.5.\u00a0The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User\u2019s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.6.\u00a0The site administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User\u2019s personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.1.\u00a0The user must:<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.1.1.\u00a0Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Site of the\u00a0<\/span>Fellini\u00a0<\/span>online store\u00a0<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

      6.1.2.\u00a0Update, supplement the provided information on personal data in case of change of this information\u00a0<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.2.\u00a0The site administration is obliged:<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.2.1.\u00a0Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.2.2.\u00a0Provide storage of confidential information in secret not to disclose, without the prior written consent of the User, and does not sell, exchange, publication, disclosure or any other means possible personal data transmitted to the user, except\u00a0<\/span>pp\u00a0<\/span>.\u00a05.2.\u00a0and 5.3.\u00a0of this Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.2.3.\u00a0Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User\u2019s personal data in accordance with the\u00a0<\/span>procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.2.4.\u00a0To block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of contacting or requesting the User or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.<\/span><\/p>\n

      7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.1.\u00a0The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine,\u00a0<\/span>with the exception of cases provided for in\u00a0paragraph\u00a0.\u00a05.2., 5.3.\u00a0and 7.2.\u00a0of this Privacy Policy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

      7.2.\u00a0In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.2.1.\u00a0It became public before its loss or disclosure.<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.2.2.\u00a0It was received from a third party until it was received by the Site Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.2.3.\u00a0It was disclosed with the consent of the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

      8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES<\/span><\/p>\n

      8.1.\u00a0Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the user of the website of the\u00a0<\/span>online store\u00a0<\/span>and the administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).<\/span><\/p>\n

      8.2. The receiver of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.<\/span><\/p>\n

      8.3.\u00a0If the\u00a0<\/span>agreement is\u00a0<\/span>not reached, the\u00a0<\/span>dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

      8.4.\u00a0The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

      9. ADDITIONAL TERMS<\/span><\/p>\n

      9.1.\u00a0The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.<\/span><\/p>\n

      9.2.\u00a0The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website of the\u00a0<\/span>online store\u00a0<\/span>, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n
